What to Expect From Our Inspections

Whether you are buying, selling or maintaining your home, Signature Inspections of Montana provides professional and quality service from the moment you call us. Our licensed home inspectors strictly follow the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by the state and InterNACHI, the leading home inspection association.

After your home inspection is complete, you can either join the inspector for a walk through, or review simply review inspection report at your convenience. All of the findings will be detailed in our easy-to-read Spectora report, that will be delivered in HTML and/or PDF format. From that report, you will be able to see defects and other informational items about your home, with images for reference.

Signature Inspections makes every effort to complete all reports within 24 hours of the scheduled inspection date and time. We are always open to discuss any major issues that need to be addressed and follow up as you complete your home buying process. Our relationship does not need to end after the inspection report is issued. Annual maintenance inspections and environmental testing is available at a discounted rate for repeat clients.
